Registered Nurse - Community Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Community team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Your expertise in medication administration and patient care will be essential in delivering exceptional healthcare services to those in need. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits and bonuses.

About the Role:

  • Provide emotional support to individuals and their families.
  • Deliver enthusiastic and compassionate care to contribute to an individual's physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with management to ensure effective patient care.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Nurse in Homecare or Community settings.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • DBS Check on the Update Service (one can be applied for upon application if you do not have one).
