We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a Band 7 Clinical Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects, utilizing your skills and expertise to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical services to clients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, using a range of assessment tools and techniques to inform diagnosis and treatment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a Band 7 role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload and priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
