**Mission Statement**

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional BeMS Support to an allocated base, while also providing a proactive approach and developing meaningful relationships with customers. You will demonstrate our values and help drive the service transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Operate within Schneider Electric policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and responsible work environment.
  • Take ownership of your customer base to meet/exceed contractual requirements.
  • Deliver a best-in-class service by working closely with customers to identify operational issues.
  • Provide clear and concise service reports that demonstrate the value of Schneider Electric.
  • Proactively identify and provide quoted solutions for improvements, upgrades, or repairs.
  • Identify energy and enhancement projects to provide suggestions and opportunities beneficial for both parties.
  • Advise and assist Operations Managers and Sales with larger opportunities.
  • Participate in the team call-out rota and support other members of the team where possible.

**Requirements**

  • An Electrical background, BMS, and/or HVAC industry experience would be beneficial but not necessary.
  • Previous experience in the Field Service environment, where you had to look after customers.
  • A motivated individual who would be willing to learn about the product range Schneider Electric can offer its customers.
  • A strong track record in similar roles, with a positive attitude and constructive approach.
  • A full driving license.
