We are seeking a skilled Geometric Inspection Engineer to join our team at THE RECRUITMENT FIX LIMITED in Hyde. As a Geometric Inspection Engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting and measuring components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) and other precision tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct First Off and Final View Inspections
  • Communicate inspection results effectively
  • Operate CMMs, Micrometers, Verniers, Height Gauges, and other precision tools
  • Reverse engineer and create reports
  • Calibrate inspection, measuring, and test equipment according to company procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience in inspection of Milling, Turning, and Welding disciplines
  • Dye Penetrant experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand drawings
  • Time-served Mechanical Engineer with apprenticeship training

Salary: We offer a competitive salary negotiable dependent on experience, which we estimate to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on industry standards and the location in Hyde.
