Starbucks Store Manager Job Description

EG Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Starbucks Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our Chesterfield store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of baristas and store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, stock control, and waste management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and food safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a store manager or team leader in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
