Technical Administrator - Component Repair
Duration: 12 months
Rate: Negotiable on experience
Role Summary:The successful candidate will work within the Special Process and Repair NPI Engineering team in a technical administrator capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background looking for a development opportunity within the shop Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:- Utilize digital tools such as Miro, Smartsheet, Spotfire, and Teams to track technical project progress.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the NPI process through the use and development of digital tools.
- Minimum of 12 months relevant experience in an engineering or technical aviation role; internship/trainee time is applicable.
- Knowledge of repair and inspection processes applicable to the overhaul of Aircraft Engine Components.
- Demonstrated ability in using digital tools.
- Ability to compile concise and accurate engineering documentation.
- Ability to effectively interpret inspection and repair sections of Engine Shop Manuals and other technical publications.
- Ability to plan and coordinate several projects/tasks simultaneously.
