Job Title:

Technical Administrator - Component Repair

Duration: 12 months

Rate: Negotiable on experience

Role Summary:

The successful candidate will work within the Special Process and Repair NPI Engineering team in a technical administrator capacity. This role is ideal for someone with a technical background looking for a development opportunity within the shop Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize digital tools such as Miro, Smartsheet, Spotfire, and Teams to track technical project progress.
  2. Identify opportunities for improvement in the NPI process through the use and development of digital tools.
  3. Minimum of 12 months relevant experience in an engineering or technical aviation role; internship/trainee time is applicable.
  4. Knowledge of repair and inspection processes applicable to the overhaul of Aircraft Engine Components.
  5. Ability to effectively use digital tools.
Desired Characteristics:
  1. Ability to compile concise and accurate engineering documentation.
  2. Ability to interpret inspection and repair sections of Engine Shop Manuals and other technical publications.
  3. Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
