Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Clinic Support Administrator. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and demonstrate a high standard of IT literacy.

  • This includes working closely with the lead nurse, taking responsibility for the presentation of the front of house and ensuring the clinic runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
  • You'll also play a key role in engaging with clients about their upcoming trips, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive atmosphere within the clinic.

As a valued member of our team, you will be actively involved in problem-solving and contributing to the overall success of Nomad Pharmacy.


What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • GCSE's or equivalent qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in a professional full-time role
  • A high standard of IT & Computer literacy
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite (desirable)
