ABOUT THE ROLE

A varied and responsible position providing the Activate team with administration services for a friendly team of marketing and placemaking professionals. This role will be assisting them in delivering consultancy projects, coordinating the destination marketing service and assisting with any client instructions.

**LOCATION - **Manchester

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Coordinate and collate the monthly and quarterly reports required for Destination Marketing and Placemaking Consultancy
- Monitoring budget variances for each scheme budget(s) reporting to the Place Marketing Manager
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Placemaking and Place Marketing Manager - report writing, creating templates, completing spreadsheets etc etc
- Raise fee invoices for Placemaking and Destination Marketing, tracking payments and following up outstanding fees thereafter
- In accordance with the Workman Procurement Policy, assist in arranging framework agreements when necessary, as well as new suppliers and purchase orders
- Assist in third party supplier payments and queries.
- Assist in production of internal documents including working processes, procedures and internal communications.
- Providing a point of contact for clients and tenants in the absence of any team members
- Coordinating the production of arrears reports on a regular basis.
- Processing and coding supplier invoices for approval by team members
- Support the team, as required, with:

- Management of client accounts
- Strategy and planning
- Delivery of event management
- Digital Marketing
- Internal Communication

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous experience working in a similar administrative role
- Accurate typing, excellent excel skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Enthusiastic and willing to undertake extra duties
- A team player
- Organised with a good eye for detail and creativity

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
