About the Position:

This role is ideal for an established Physiotherapist looking to take on a leadership position, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and service improvement. As Physiotherapy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, ensuring compliance with clinical governance and quality standards, and developing and supporting your team through mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.

You will have experience in managing post-operative patients and be able to collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to implement innovative patient care solutions. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving service improvement and delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the physiotherapy department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and service improvement.
  2. Develop and support your team through mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with consultants and other healthcare professionals to implement innovative patient care solutions.
