About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Edwalton Golf Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction are delivered while enhancing safe and enjoyable usage of the facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction are delivered
  • Enhance safe and enjoyable usage of the facilities
  • Lead business recovery post national enforced lockdowns
  • Drive commercial performance for the centre
  • Ensure highest possible standards of health & safety and customer care are delivered consistently
