Cover Supervisor Opportunity at Smile Education

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Graduate to join our team as a Cover Supervisor. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting students and ensuring they are engaged in classwork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise pupils during lesson times, including breaks and before/after school activities
  • Prepare the learning environment for lessons, including distributing materials and undertaking administrative tasks
  • Manage pupil behavior according to our behavior management policy, promoting a constructive learning environment
