EMEA Reinsurance Account Manager Role

Aon is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our EMEA reinsurance team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to our EMEA business, working closely with account executives and client teams to place and service reinsurance placements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with account executives and client teams to market reinsurance placements, communicating with clients, reinsurers, and colleagues from regional Aon offices.
  • Generate and review contractual documentation, ensuring it meets requirements for all contracting parties.
  • Produce client and market submissions and presentations, collecting and analyzing data.
  • Monitor placements, recording progress and providing regular updates.
  • Resolve client and reinsurer queries, liaising with colleagues as necessary.
  • Populate and maintain data within Aon's IT systems.
  • Work in accordance with Aon's Risk Management Framework and comply with company policies.

Requirements

  • Education to A Level standard, with market experience or degree standard education or equivalent.
  • Good technical understanding of Reinsurance, with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Language: English at business level.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good level of numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate integrity and professionalism.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
