Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager with a background in luxury fashion-forward brands to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and team working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This role offers a competitive basic salary and amazing employee discounts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, setting high standards for customer service and store presentation
  • Ensure all sales targets, operations goals, and policies are met and maintained
  • Foster strong relationships with your team and Senior Management through effective communication and coaching
  • Manage staff scheduling, payroll budgets, and remain proactive in adapting to trading patterns
  • Rota your team effectively to ensure optimum cover during peak periods
  • Protect the Kurt Geiger brand image and maintain impeccable personal presentation standards
  • Maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines
Requirements
  • Prior retail management experience in a luxury or fashion-forward brand
  • Proven ability to drive sales and team performance to KPIs
  • Impeccable presentation and representation of our luxury brand at all times
What We Offer
