Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at HR Employment Bureau Limited. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of air freight shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient movement of air freight shipments.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, weights, and dimensions.
  • Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of air freight operations.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in air freight logistics or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of air freight regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
