We are currently working with a leading M&E Contractor in London who are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator or Senior Electrical Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical services and experience working on large-scale projects valued up to £100m across various sectors, including data centre projects in the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyze Tender documentation to ensure compliance with Client requirements.
  • Analyze contract terms and conditions for legal review.
  • Brief others on project scope of works during Tender strategy meetings.
  • Manage Tender take-off process and input data into estimating software.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of quotations.
  • Attend site surveys and undertake site investigations as required.
  • Prepare draft Tender letters with project-specific notes and clarifications.
  • Take ownership of Contract Sum Analysis.
  • Forward Tender documentation and financial information to the Operations team prior to Tender Handover Meetings.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in the building services industry across multiple sectors.
  • Knowledge and understanding of electrical services.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Competency with estimating software (Trimble ContractMaster).
  • Flexible and methodical approach to work.
