About the Company

VANRATH is a leading employer in Northern Ireland, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment. As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy, working closely with the leadership team to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Part-qualification with CIMA or ACCA is essential, along with at least 2 years' experience in a similar position.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement financial plans, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives
• Analyze sales, margin figures, and cash balances, identifying areas for improvement
• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Reconcile balance sheet items, including stock, inter-company balances, and supplier payments

About You
You will be a highly analytical and organized individual, with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Experience of working in a hybrid environment would be beneficial, along with a desire to learn and progress.

What We Offer
• A competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
