About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Assembly Operations. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement assembly line layouts to optimize production efficiency
  • Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for improvement
  • Apply lean manufacturing techniques to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with design engineers, production teams, and quality control to troubleshoot issues and implement cost-effective solutions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in assembly operations
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency in CAD software, manufacturing process simulation tools, and data analysis
  • Experience with Six Sigma certification and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems is advantageous
