Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Join RLC UK - Global Point as a Manufacturing Engineer and contribute to the development of innovative manufacturing systems.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at RLC UK - Global Point. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for generating methods for manufacture, implementing robust manufacturing systems, and providing technical support to other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate CNC programs and design new or modified tooling and fixtures.
  • Understand and have experience of using probing/in-cycle control.
  • Develop and release required documentation, including industrial engineering specifications, work instructions, and MRP updates.
  • Manage project risk through effective planning and problem-solving techniques.
  • Lead continuous improvement activities and introduce technical innovation and improvements.
  • Provide technical support to other departments and functions.
Requirements
  • HNC in Engineering or similar qualification in a relevant subject area.
  • 3 years experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment, including practical experience of CNC 5-axis milling machining.
  • Working knowledge of aerospace and AS9100 requirements or similarly regulated industry.
