Job Title: Lawyer for Project Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Lawyer for Project Development to join our team at Michael Page (UK). As a Lawyer for Project Development, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge in project finance legal matters, developing and maintaining professional development resources for the legal team, and staying updated with changes in project finance laws and regulations.

Compensation:

£90,000 - £120,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert knowledge in project finance legal matters

  • Stay updated with changes in project finance laws and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales
  • Several years' experience of practising as a finance lawyer, ideally with project finance experience
