Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Surveyor to join our Property and Legal Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our estate and implementing property and planning strategies across our network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day estate management in allocated sites, providing direction and guidance to internal departments and external professional advisors.
  • Act as a first point of contact for property-related matters, including exit management, rent reviews, and access issues.
  • Provide support to shareholders, suppliers, and contractors in the implementation of ECC reform, particularly in the context of renewals.
  • Introduce innovation into processes to enhance delivery and support the organization's business objectives.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders in acquisition, legal deployment, and transmission functions.

Requirements

  • Commercial property experience, preferably with a Chartered Surveyor or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of the Digital Economy Act and compulsory purchase procedures.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of 2 days per week based at our Reading offices.
