Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Officer to join our team at Novax Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of employee relations aspects of HR, supporting managers in meetings, and providing advice and guidance on a wide range of ER and HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of employee relations aspects of HR, including performance review, absence, termination, investigation, disciplinary, and recruitment.
  • Support managers in meetings surrounding performance review, absence, termination, investigation, disciplinary, and recruitment.
  • Provide advice, support, and guidance to managers across the client base on a wide range of ER and HR matters.
  • Undertake HR and OD policy and project work as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or professional qualification or experience.
  • Proven experience in an Employee Relations operational HR role within a large organisation with a diverse workforce.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and recognised best HR practice.
  • Ability to effectively communicate on complex issues at all levels in an appropriate and concise manner, both orally and in writing.
