About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Director to join our team at Spicerhaart Group Ltd. as a Branch Manager. As a key member of our estate agency team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily meetings with the estate agency team to discuss sales performance, customer service, and business development opportunities.
  • Coach the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor individual team member performance through regular one-to-one meetings.
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business through effective sales strategies and customer relationship building.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with all regulatory bodies, including the Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue in your branch.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of local competitors to stay ahead in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date with current legislation related to estate agency and ensure the team is aware of any changes.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in estate agency at a senior negotiator position, property valuer position, or higher.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Strong IT skills, including basic Microsoft packages.
  • Good telephone manner and excellent customer service skills.
  • Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
