Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Atlantis Medical Ltd. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our patients and contributing to the development of our occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective rehabilitation and discharge plans for patients with complex mental health needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based interventions and support patients through their recovery journey.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in occupational therapy.
  • Contribute to the development of occupational therapy policies and procedures that align with best practice and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Strong clinical skills in assessing and treating a range of mental health conditions.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective rehabilitation and discharge plans.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Demonstrates evidence of recent continuing professional development and an ability to reflect on experiences.
  • Experience with community-based pathways is advantageous.
