About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Partner to spearhead and develop a property litigation department in a commercial firm based in Manchester. This is a unique opportunity to shape a department and extend its influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a specialized property litigation department with a strong focus on business development and growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion in the property litigation sector.
  • Work closely with the real estate team to identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
  • Lead and manage a team of lawyers to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in property litigation, with a strong track record of business development and growth.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of lawyers to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong business development skills, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with key clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
