Behavioural SEN Teaching Assistant Position

Academics Ltd is seeking a Behavioural SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team at a thriving mainstream Primary School in Chelmsford, Essex. The ideal candidate will have a background in Psychology and a passion for analysing behaviour and implementing strategies to support students with Special Educational Needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support students with complex needs in a mainstream Primary School setting
• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement behaviour strategies and interventions
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues on SEN support and behaviour management
Requirements:
• Psychology degree (or in final year pending completion)
• Experience working with children with complex needs
• Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
