About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team at Future Publishing. As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a top-tier and consistent service is provided to our customers while delivering QA objectives for the customer service and operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Quality Assurance Manager in the delivery of business-critical objectives as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
  • Conduct clear, fair, and accurate reviews before submitting accurate and concise records.
  • Ensure a satisfactory and consistent service is provided to business partners and customers through quality monitoring work against company processes and procedures.
  • Work with the operations team to understand their needs and lead positive change across the business.
  • Improve the customer journey through customer feedback and positively influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class service to customers.
Requirements
  • Experience working within a quality assurance role or similar experience gained through work experience.
  • Ability to train team members and work collaboratively with the operations team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to positively influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement to enhance the customer experience.
