Your Role:
You will provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets, acting as a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets, and the practice team will be key to your success.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the non-clinical team to ensure our clients have excellent customer service and all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Greet our clients, make them feel at home, and promote the services we offer.
- Keep all documents filed correctly and follow appointment booking protocols to keep things running smoothly.
- Liaise with colleagues at our support office by email and telephone.
- Ensure the reception area is kept organised and clean, handle payments, and manage stock.
- Manage insurance claims and ensure all data is up to date and correct by the end of each day.
