Evidence Synthesis Lead

We are seeking an experienced Evidence Synthesis Lead to join our team at Genesis Research Group. As a key member of our Evidence Synthesis team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality evidence synthesis reports and presentations for our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement search strategies using online tools and databases to identify relevant literature sources.
- Oversee the development and conduct of literature searches, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of results.
- Analyze large evidence bases and draw considered conclusions, mentoring junior team members in critically evaluating the evidence base.
- Lead the preparation of high-quality written technical reports and presentations, ensuring compliance with company quality standards and processes.
- Ensure all work is delivered on time and within budget, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
- 5+ years of experience in evidence synthesis work, or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Masters or PhD in a relevant discipline, such as epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects and teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Experience with quantitative evidence synthesis methods, such as network meta-analysis and matching adjusted indirect comparisons, is a plus.
