About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team at Rochcare. As a Senior Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with all aspects of their health, social, and emotional wellbeing, including personal care, mobility, medication, continence, nutrition, and hydration.
  • Ensure residents appear well-kept in their personal care, hygiene, and clothing.
  • Provide mental and physical stimulation to residents by talking to them and helping them continue with hobbies and activities.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to promote a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Requirements:

  • A kind, patient, and compassionate nature.
  • Good English, numeracy, and writing skills.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • A social care qualification such as Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
