Job Title: Senior Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Willing Care. As a Senior Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to patients
  • Provide practical and emotional support to patients and their families
  • Monitor and record vital signs and report any concerns to the nursing staff
  • Assist with personal care and hygiene tasks
  • Support patients with mobility and physical activities
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and team members
  • Act as a mentor and provide guidance to junior healthcare assistants
Requirements:
  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care or above
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Senior Healthcare Assistant
  • Proven ability to deliver compassionate and person-centered care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good understanding of health and safety regulations
