Job Title: Lead Clinician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our Clinical Team at The Shires – Oakham, East Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team and working collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Clinical Locality Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a therapy caseload with the support of our well-established clinical network
  • Coordinate the line management of members of the onsite clinical team
  • Develop and implement clinical services to support students with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans
  • Contribute to staff training and consultation

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
  • Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body
  • Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
  • Clear and concise report writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and dynamically within a growing clinical service

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Location: The Shires – Oakham, East Midlands
