We are seeking an experienced Care Home Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of one of our care homes, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of care and quality.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a care home, including staff management, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and service provided to residents.
  • Build strong relationships with local communities and healthcare partners to promote our services and achieve business growth.
  • Work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement organisational objectives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in care home management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and operational performance.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
