Job Title: Senior Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical), you will travel across the region to manage and develop teams in various care homes, ensuring high-quality care and service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. They will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.

Barchester offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including free learning and development opportunities, automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, and a generous rewards package.
