About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at CliniMed Ltd. As a key member of our Digital Marketing team, you will be responsible for championing our digital platforms and driving our online presence forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Maintain and update our company website(s) via the CMS, ensuring that content, imagery, and links are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues with the website, either directly or by liaising with developers.
  • Marketing List Management: Manage, update, and dedupe marketing lists within our CRM and email marketing platforms to ensure up-to-date, GDPR compliant contact lists.
  • Campaign Support: Produce assets and webpages for campaign-specific projects, working alongside other marketers.
  • Platform Management: Take responsibility for third-party platforms, such as email marketing, to ensure templates and brand identity are up-to-date and automations are current and relevant.
  • Content Support: Assist with content and social media by helping to schedule, upload, edit content as required, and create or edit graphics, images, or video, and manage private messages on platforms.
  • Reporting: Maintain department reports, utilizing various analytics tools and systems to compile periodic reports for distribution.
  • Insights and Strategy: Create and share insights from reports to help propel marketing strategy and champion digital throughout the business.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to interpret verbal and written briefs, and work as part of a team or with little support.
  • Digital Passion: Have a passion for digital, ideally experienced with website CMS platforms and a keen social media user.
  • Creative Thinking: Be a creative thinker, able to spot new trends, emerging technology, and willing to put your ideas forward.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, able to network internally and externally, and build strong relationships.
  • Organisation and Initiative: Be extremely organised, able to document plans and processes, work under pressure, and take initiative.
  • Quick Learning: Be a quick learner, able to grasp systems and not afraid of data.
Desirable Skills
  • Design Skills: Possess basic design skills, including Canva, Photoshop, and Basic InDesign.
  • CMS Knowledge: Have knowledge of CMS systems, particularly WordPress, Craft, or similar.
  • Digital Landscape: Have an understanding of the wider digital landscape and knowledge of SEO, email marketing, link-building, and PPC.
  • Email Marketing: Have previous experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns and automated sequences.
  • Analytics: Have strong Office 365 skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and previous experience of Analytics, such as Google.
