Creative Support is a non-profit provider of personalised care and support for people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism spectrum conditions, and older people.

We are seeking a warm and enthusiastic individual to provide person-centred support to people with learning disabilities in Dudley.

Your role will involve engaging with service users, building trusting relationships, and working to encourage wellbeing and positive coping skills.

You will visit service users in their own homes or in other settings as part of a structured approach, offering respite to carers and practical and emotional support to families as appropriate.

This role is a great opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of others and have a passion for health and social care.

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
