Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to placement. This includes maintaining accurate records, conducting interviews, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be proficient in using recruitment software and have experience in creating job descriptions, person specifications, and interview plans.
