Job Title: Data Management Specialist
Location: Hybrid: Office-based Monday to Wednesday, Remote Thursday and Friday
Salary: £26,000 + Bonus Scheme

- The successful candidate will work as part of a small team, ensuring the accuracy of key information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Perform bulk uploads and manual data entry to maintain an accurate and up-to-date master file of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Data Validation: Conduct thorough checks on submitted data, ensuring proper approvals and verification are completed.
- Process Improvement: Help streamline processes for data entry and subcontractor management.
- Quality Control: Ensure all data is entered accurately and within set deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to challenge data inaccuracies.
- IT proficient, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
