Cell Line Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Cell Line Development Lead to join our innovative biotechnology company in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading the cell line development program, generating and enhancing cell lines that are crucial for producing cultivated fat at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Isolate, engineer, and validate new adipogenic cell lines to support our R&D and manufacturing processes.

2. Lead a dedicated team to develop and implement automated workflows for mammalian stem cell engineering, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

3. Develop cell lines that are integral to our company's R&D and manufacturing processes, driving innovation and growth.

4. Manage projects and coordinate workflows involving cell line development and molecular biology, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A relevant degree in molecular biology, synthetic biology, mammalian stem cell biology, or a related discipline.

2. Proven industry experience in mammalian cell line development and genome engineering, with a strong understanding of molecular biology and cell line engineering tools.

3. A working knowledge of CRISPR/Cas9, Flow Cytometry, and other relevant technologies.
