Job Title: Front of House Receptionist

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Receptionist to join our team at PMR, a leading provider of flexible and versatile workspace solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Manage centre operations, including facilities, amenities, and services, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to drive commercial sales and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain a positive community within the centre, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
