We are seeking a highly skilled Horticultural Supervisor to join our team at PHS Group Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the effective management of labour, productivity, quality control, and safety measures.
Key Responsibilities- Support the management of operations and ensure the smooth running of our horticultural services.
- Lead and manage a team of gardening professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Assist with installations, quality checks, and site surveys, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement effective safety measures to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to the growth and development of the company.
- A clean, full manual driving license (or with less than 6 points).
- Able to meet the requirements of an enhanced DBS check.
- Experience within the horticulture industry or as a supervisor/team leader.
- Preferred qualifications are IPAF and/or Lantra.
- A competitive salary of £28,500 (based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday).
