Job Title: Instrument Coordinator

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Instrument Coordinator to join our team. As an Instrument Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of a comprehensive Sterile Instrument service to the Operating Theatre, Endoscopy, and OPD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels in working areas.
  • Work as an active member of the theatre team and maintain good working relationships.
  • Support the team in delivering care that improves the health of individuals and the wider community.
  • Develop own competence to deliver effective care and treatments through improving clinical/technical knowledge/skill and expertise.
  • Communicate effectively with others involved in patient care.
  • Act as an advocate for safeguarding patients and demonstrate courage to speak up when concerns arise.
