Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient health.
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring proper function and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct regular patient assessments, documenting observations and results.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Dialysis Technician (CHT) or related field preferred.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in dialysis or a related field.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies as needed.
