Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Community Fundraising and Partnerships Director to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing high-value fundraising strategies, building strong relationships with corporate partners, and promoting the foundation's profile within the community.



The successful candidate will have a proven track record in fundraising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement high-value fundraising strategies to meet annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration
  • Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities, including major gifts, trusts, and foundations
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with existing donors and partners
  • Work closely with the managing director and board of trustees to develop and implement fundraising plans


Fundraising Strategy



We are seeking a skilled fundraiser who can develop and implement effective strategies to meet our fundraising goals. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the charitable sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • A proven track record in fundraising, preferably in a similar role or industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A deep understanding of the charitable sector and current trends in fundraising
