Racking Equipment Sales Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Racking Equipment Sales Leader to spearhead the growth of our storage solution equipment across the UK. As part of Toyota Material Handling UK, you will be responsible for leading high-performing sales teams and developing strategies that drive business results.
About the Role- Lead sales teams to achieve exceptional performance and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and provide data-driven insights to inform sales decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve peak performance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in driving team performance and achieving business goals.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- A salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, based on experience.
