Job Summary

We are seeking a Complex Care Worker to join our team in Redhill. As a Complex Care Worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with medication management, personal care, and hygiene
  • Help with duties around the house
  • Provide emotional support to clients
Requirements
  • Experience in complex care, including seizure management, tracheostomy care, Peg feed, and suctioning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual
