About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including peg feeding, chest physio, nebulizer, oral suctioning, and seizure management.
  • Assist with medication administration and other care tasks as required.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
