We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Linden Hall Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, contracting, and managing new business sales opportunities in the key managed segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement defined sales actions to proactively sell and promote our hotel and groups portfolio within a defined territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and clients for respective regions, resulting in new Meeting and Events, Banqueting, and Commercial Rooms bookings.
  • Participate in monthly sales blitzes to maximize sales lead opportunities for our key segments.
  • Represent our hotel at industry and local networking events to raise our profile and develop new business sales leads.
  • Ensure the accuracy of MDH SFA corporate account data through timely and accurate account activity logging.
  • Maintain comprehensive competitor knowledge within the local territory and target sales actions accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong networking and business development skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently within a defined territory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
