Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Leader to join our team at Kingston College. As a key member of our Academic Management Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of education and training in the Public Service sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a degree or professional qualification and excellent teaching skills in the Public Service sector, with experience of leading/managing FE & HE programmes. You will also have a thorough understanding of quality assurance and improvement processes, as well as a strong vision for curriculum development.

As a Curriculum Leader, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting at-risk learners to achieve their potential, while also contributing to the development of new initiatives and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the development and implementation of curriculum standards and outcomes for Public Service programmes
  2. Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring excellent student outcomes
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum changes and make recommendations for future improvements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Excellent teaching skills and experience of leading/managing FE & HE programmes
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance and improvement processes
  • Good planning, preparation, organisational and administrative skills
