Job Overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join our dynamic team at Dorking Community Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the senior team members in providing high-standard care and promoting physical, mental, and emotional health to individuals and client groups.

Main Responsibilities

  • To support and assist senior team members in the provision of high-quality care, including direct care and support to patients.
  • To be an effective member of the Multidisciplinary Team, carrying out assigned tasks involving direct care and support.

Requirements

Essential Criteria

  • Care Certificate or obtain within 6 months in post.
  • Basic English and Maths skills.
  • Ability to provide quality care and support.
